New Winsford Weight Loss Challenge Class starts tonight at St Chads Church Hall.

If you would like to improve your health and lose weight - come and join the fun.  We meet weekly on a Monday evening 6.30pm - 8.00pm.  The format of the class is weigh in and measure between 6.30pm and 7.00pm and then a class and recognition 7.00pm until 8.00pm.

There is a different, interesting topic each week and prizes for those who lose the most weight each week.  The course runs for 12 weeks and BIG cash prizes £600+ are paid out on our prize giving evening on Monday 2nd April.  Who do you know who might like to be around like minded people all working to improve their health?  Give us a call to find out more 01270 522518.

Festival of Arts Nantwich

Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th June is the Nantwich Festival of Arts. We have a wonderful array of art being shown in our Wellness Centre both days.
