Weight Loss Success!

Huge congratulations to our winners of the 12 week Winsford Weight Loss Challenge.

1st place and £300 to Michelle Cooper losing 32.4lbs and 48cm which was 17% of her body weight, 2nd place and £200 to Rob Taylor 32.8lbs, 31cm and 16% of his body weight, 3rd place and £100 to Matt Kirby 33.4lbs, 37cm and reduction in visceral fat of 5 points and 4th place winning £31 for best health improvement to Rachel Gilbert-Bratt 29.4lbs and 31.5cm. 

The group lost 272lbs in total!  We are taking bookings now for our next course starting at St Chads Church Hall, Gladstone St, Winsford, Cheshire on Monday 9th January. Call 01270 522518 for more details.

Festival of Arts Nantwich

Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th June is the Nantwich Festival of Arts. We have a wonderful array of art being shown in our Wellness Centre both days.
