Huge congratulations to our winners of the 12 week Winsford Weight Loss Challenge.
1st place and £300 to Michelle Cooper losing 32.4lbs and 48cm which was 17% of her body weight, 2nd place and £200 to Rob Taylor 32.8lbs, 31cm and 16% of his body weight, 3rd place and £100 to Matt Kirby 33.4lbs, 37cm and reduction in visceral fat of 5 points and 4th place winning £31 for best health improvement to Rachel Gilbert-Bratt 29.4lbs and 31.5cm.
